The Well of Life

“And he also said, “It is finished! I am the Alpha and the Omega—the Beginning and the End. To all who are thirsty I will give freely from the springs of the water of life.”

- Revelation 21:6 NLT -

The Lord spoke to my heart, and said “Lillian, if you are thirsty, I will give you freely from My well of life, “Just ask”!  And daughter when you ask, remember this, there is always an unending supply for your thirst.”

If there is no demand, and no desperation to pursue His presence, there will be no supply. Hungry saints who place a demand on ministry gifts will always have a supply of the anointing.

The need people have for food creates a demand for food supply in the world. This is the same with the anointing.

Jesus was fully operational in the Spirit because the Word of God dwelt in Him – He was the Word (John 1:1-2 NLT) “In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. He existed in the beginning with God.”

Let’s take a look at the Samaritan woman at the well. She appeared to have no physical issues, but Jesus knew she needed inner healing. Therefore, His level of discernment was able to pierce through the natural and see this woman’s spiritual need.

Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and He is the one we are accountable to.

It wasn’t just His recognition of the woman’s need that got her need met, but the pull on the well of anointing that Jesus had within Him. She began to inquire, (John 4:9 NLT), “The woman was surprised, for Jews refuse to have anything to do with Samaritans. She said to Jesus, “You are a Jew, and I am a Samaritan woman. Why are you asking me for a drink?”

The more she pressed in and the more she surrendered to the longing for wholeness in her heart, the deeper she dug into the well of the Spirit.

I don’t know where you are in your life. You could be trusting God for breakthrough in your marriage, trusting God for a new job, maybe for a supernatural healing in your body. You might be in need of finances. Maybe you like me, desperate to drink from the well. Desperate to deeply encounter God in your inner most being.

I want to encourage you to become like this woman at the well.  Become desperate for a transforming touch from God.  Place a demand on the Spirit of God that will not be refused. Do not be complacent and settle. Get desperate!  Desire more, because there is more. Get thirsty!

The Bible says in Revelation 21:6, that God will freely give the water of the fountain of life to anyone who thirsts.

Are you thirsty for healing? Are you prepared to dig deep into the Well of life for your healing, your marriage, your encounter with the Holy Spirit?

If you are, you qualify to place a demand upon the healing anointing and draw from the well. The good news is, that there is a never-ending supply of the Spirit available to every believer.  Don’t sit back and wait for the man or woman of God to do something.

Are you a believer? Then believe!  Believe that God Almighty is willing to give you what you are believing Him for.  He wants to take your place of lack and fill it with Himself. He has a Name for every lack you face.

Which name will you call on?

Do you need your Great Physician today?

Do you need Peace?

Do you need a Comforter?

Do you need a Provider?

He knows your need. Just call upon Him the All-Sufficient One.

God has placed the well in our midst, and it is our responsibility to draw from that supply. My husband teaches the members of our local church to draw from the ministry gifts, he tells them to place a demand on the anointing, if there is no demand, there will be no supply. Let your mouth become a well of life and speak life, health and prosperity to your mind, body and spirit.

I pray that with understanding and wisdom, you will place a demand upon the Lord, who placed a deep well into your heart and that you will find healing in your physical or spiritual matter.

Forgive quickly

Love deeply

Ps.Lil ❤
