Spring Forth into the New

Spring Forward into the New by Faith!

"Your wait may be longer, your path may be curvier, BUT He has NOT forgotten about you, nor overlooked you; your season for a turnaround is here. Be ready for a New You..."

For the past six months I’ve been in a very dry and cold season; just like winter, and it was a whole new experience for me. Maybe some of you can relate to this.

But then, the season started taking a new turn, and I was mesmerized by the changing leaves; watching nature, as it changed from winter into beautiful spring.

As we all know, the trees, that have spent the whole of winter with bare branches, will start to sprout beautiful, varied colors of flowers.

It reminds me of John 15... “I am the true vine and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every other branch that does bear fruit in me He surely prunes so that it can bear more fruit."

Isn’t God just amazing? He makes everything beautiful in its time, and as we enter into a new season, I just love watching winter melt into spring.

I go outside and feel the sun bring new warmth. Does it sound familiar to you? For me, it brings A NEW all at once!

Revelation 21:5 AMP

“And He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.”

Sometimes in order to come into a new season and spring forward in faith, we have to let go of the old dry and dark season.

Isaiah 43:18 AMP says; “Do not remember the former things, Or ponder the things of the past.”

This season demands a “self-reflection”. It's time for The New!

So as we see spring starting to surface and the trees begin to bloom, we can see God's reminder to align our hearts to the New Thing He’s doing.

So let’s DO NEW things in our spring season. Allow me to challenge you with things you’ve never done before:

- Write a journal about your everyday walk with the Holy Spirit

- Look yourself in the mirror and speak a positive word over yourself daily. (I love this one, “My youth has been renewed like Sarah, Abraham’s wife")

- Do something out of the norm: start baking, or cook a fine dining meal, go for a makeup course, go on a weight loss program, buy yourself a new handbag, etc

If you accept this challenge, I would love to be a part of your experience.  Please let me know in the comments, via messenger or email what NEW thing you achieved this month.

Life is going by so quickly ; Live, Love, and Laugh this spring.

Forgive quickly
Love deeply
Ps.Lil ❤
