As I’m about to write this blog, I hear the words my husband once said many years ago when we were in a very bad financial situation: “We don’t have a financial problem but a wisdom problem.”
A couple of years ago, we were in tremendous financial debt. Our home was repossessed, we had no money to pay our creditors, no car, and not even enough money to buy our son Nicky’s nappies. We literally lost everything in the blink of an eye.
You might ask, after all these years, how do we now live in a debt-free home, own multiple properties and vehicles? I would like to share our journey with you on how we did it. The first thing was that we received a revelation on tithing and giving extravagantly to the Kingdom of God.
We started to obey His clear instructions from the written Word of God. To this day, we walk in the full blessing of God because we continually walk in obedience according to His Word.
This scripture shows us the importance of tithing and offerings, suggesting that withholding them is similar to robbing God.” It also contains a promise from God that those who faithfully bring their tithes will receive abundant blessings.
Financial freedom is a state of being where you have sufficient resources to meet your needs and desires without being constrained by financial stress or debt. It allows you to live a life of security, choice, and opportunity. Achieving financial freedom involves disciplined financial management, wise investing, and aligning your financial goals with your values and life purpose.
By embracing principles of stewardship, strategic planning, obedience to God’s uncompromising Word, and great faith, anyone can work towards the liberating experience of financial independence and abundance.
I would like to give you some powerful prayers and confessions that will propel you toward financial freedom. By doing this, it will be like a saving grace to your financial life.
